HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT eAssist of GARLAND?

At our HOA Board meeting on the 23rd, several neighbors had good things to say about this app. If you have ever wanted to report a street light that is out, a car that is illegally* parked, or over 50 other service needs or concerns, you can use the eAssist app 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Your request will be routed to the appropriate department, and in most cases, it allows you to see the status of your request and receive information as to when it is completed.

* If the concern you are contacting eAssist about is regarding a car, they ask that you provide a photograph of the car, including, if at all possible, a license plate. You can imagine what happens if they respond to a concern about a white car, and find 25 white cars parked at that location!
